Startupshala provides business incubation, mentoring, evaluation, and publishing support services for startups, entrepreneurs, and innovators.
All payments made on our platform are for professional evaluation, facilitation, or service delivery and do not guarantee acceptance, publication, or funding of your idea.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Once a user submits an application, proposal, or manuscript and completes the payment, the process begins immediately.

  • Therefore, cancellations are not allowed once the submission is received and payment is confirmed.

  • If you made a payment in error (duplicate transaction, wrong amount, etc.), please contact us within 24 hours at hello@startupshala.info with proof of payment for resolution.

3. Refund Policy

  • No refund shall be made if your idea, project, or manuscript does not get selected, approved, or published.

  • The fee paid covers administrative, evaluation, and processing efforts that commence as soon as you apply.

  • Refunds will only be considered under the following limited circumstances:

    • Duplicate payment made due to technical error.

    • Transaction failure with the amount debited but not reflected in our system.

In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after verification.

4. Changes or Postponements

If Startupshala reschedules or modifies the service delivery (such as mentorship sessions, reviews, or publication timelines), users will be duly informed.
Such changes do not qualify for a refund, but equivalent service credit or rescheduling will be offered.
