Welcome to Startupshala – a platform that enables individuals (students, entrepreneurs, researchers, or other users) to publish their startup ideas in our magazine with an ISSBN and DOI reference. By submitting your startup idea for publication through our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Nature of Service

Startupshala is only a facilitation platform that enables users to:

Submit their startup ideas for inclusion in a periodically published magazine.

Obtain an ISSBN number and DOI (Digital Object Identifier) for reference/publication purposes.
We do not validate, endorse, or certify the uniqueness, feasibility, legality, or commercial viability of any submitted idea.

2. Ownership & Responsibility

All content submitted for publication remains the sole responsibility and intellectual property of the proposer/writer.

By submitting an idea, you confirm that:

You are the original author or rightful owner of the idea/content.

You have not copied, plagiarized, or unlawfully borrowed from any third-party sources.

Startupshala does not claim ownership over the submitted content, nor do we take any responsibility for the content’s originality, accuracy, or consequences arising from its publication.
3. Plagiarism & Third-Party Claims

Startupshala strictly opposes plagiarism.

If any idea/content submitted is found to be plagiarized or in violation of third-party intellectual property rights:

Startupshala bears no responsibility.

The entire legal and financial liability will rest solely with the proposer/writer.

In the event of a dispute or legal claim, Startupshala will fully cooperate with authorities but will not be a party to the dispute.

4. No Guarantees or Endorsements

Startupshala does not guarantee:

That the idea will succeed commercially.

That the idea will remain unique or protected after publication.

That investors, incubators, or third parties will respond to or recognize your idea.

The DOI and ISSBN are for documentation and publication purposes only and do not equate to a patent, trademark, or legal protection.

5. Right to Edit or Reject
Startupshala reserves the right to:

Reject submissions that are incomplete, offensive, unlawful, plagiarized, or do not align with the platform’s publishing standards.

Edit content for language, grammar, or formatting without altering core meaning.

6. User Consent
By submitting your content:

You give Startupshala the non-exclusive right to publish the content in print and/or digital form.

You grant permission to list your name, photo (if provided), and affiliation along with the published idea.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Startupshala shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Publication of submitted ideas.

Disputes over originality or ownership.
-
Any misuse or misrepresentation by third parties after publication.

8. Modifications
Startupshala reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
